以某轿车等速万向传动轴为研究对象,利用DEFORM-3D有限元模拟软件和工艺试验,研究了该等速万向传动中间轴的无芯棒式旋锻过程中坯料旋转参数、模具径向进给参数对传动中间轴成形圆度质量的影响,给出了无芯棒式旋锻关键工艺参数的确定依据。仿真结果表明,在不同外径情况下每组锻打次数达到5次后,内表面圆度质量不再有明显的提升;为保证内表面良好的圆度质量,随着锻打的深入,径向进给量也要相应的减小。工艺试验表明,数值模拟结果基本可靠,用该文所确定的旋锻工艺参数试制的锻件能得到较好的圆度质量,可以为实际生产提供一定的参考数据。
Using the DEFORM‐3D software and process experiment ,the relationship between the circularity error and the veloci‐ty/angle of workpiece rotation as well as the radial feeds was investigated for a monobloc tube shaft (MTS) in rotary swaging without mandrel .The determination method of the key process parameters was provided .The results show that the circularity of the inner surface could not be significantly improved when the forging strokes were more than 5 times .The radial feed should be decreased with the development of radial forging .The experimental results show that the optimized parameters could ensure high inner circularity surface quality of tubular driveshaft .
