不等长工作面覆岩活动及回采巷道采动影响变形规律

受断层影响,冀中能源股份有限公司邢东矿2225工作面沿推进方向斜长依次为50m、80m和126m3段。为研究不等长工作面覆岩活动规律和回采巷道采动影响变形规律,在工作面顶底板、巷道围岩中布置监测仪器,监测工作面生产过程中的顶板岩层位移、底板破坏深度以及巷道围岩表面位移。结果表明:随着工作面的推进,顶底板岩层移动和巷道变形逐渐增大;在工作面距一号测站-32~-42.8m时测点底板岩层位移斜率达到4mm/m,底板最大破坏深度超过45m;当工作面推进至距三号测站40.1m处时,顶底板相对位移为0.45m左右,巷道两帮相对位移约0.5m,位移相对速率达到20mm/d。随工作面长度增加,工作面前方底板岩层扰动距离和底板岩层变形量明显增加;二号测点工作面长度为126m,底板前方扰动距离约为40.5m,该测点底板岩层位移已达300mm左右;而一号测点工作面长度为50m,前方扰动距离约为92.8m,底板岩层位移最终只有90mm.

Affected by fault, the length of 2225 working face in Xingdong coal mine, Jizhong Energy Resources Co. , Ltd. ,presents 50 m,80 m and 126 m along with the drifting direction. In order to research the laws of overburden strata move- ment and roadway deformation under the influence of strata movement in the unequal length of working face, monitoring instru- ments were installed in the roof and floor stratum and surrounding rock of roadway to monitor the roof strata displacement, the destroyed floor depth and the roadway deformation. The results showed that:With working face advancing, there is a gradual in- crease for the laws of overburden strata movement and roadway deformation under the influence of strata movement. As for No. 1 monitoring station,when the working face was -32 ~ -42.8 m distant from the station, the displacement rate of floor strata was 4 ram/m, and the destroyed floor depth surpassed 45 m. As for No. 3 monitoring station, when the working face was 40.1 m distant from the station, the relative displacement between roof and floor strata was about 0.45 m, the relative displacement be- tween roadway's sides was about 0.5 m and the displacement rate was 20 mm/d. And there is a great influence for the length of working face to the disturbance and displacements of the floor strata, with a significant increase on the elongation of the working face length. As for No. 2 monitoring station where the length of working face was 126m,the floor disturbance distance ahead was about 40.5 m, and the floor strata displacement was approximately 300 mm ; by contrast ; As for No. 1 monitoring sta- tion where the length of working face was 50 m,the floor disturbance distance ahead was about 92.8 m, and the floor strata dis- placement was just 90 mm.
