FM是从海南岛芒果根际土壤中分离到的一株具有解磷作用的菌株,通过纸床发芽法及盆栽试验研究其促生作用。结果表明.FM菌株在纸床发芽试验过程中,其10倍发酵液能有效促进黄瓜种子的发芽,而西瓜和番茄种子在100倍液中发芽效果更好:根据经发芽实验所得最佳促进浓度研究解磷菌株FM对番茄、西瓜和黄瓜3种作物生长量的影响。结果表明,经菌液处理过的番茄、黄瓜和西瓜植株,其植株株高、根长和茎围、地上部及地下部重量均高于对照,与对照差异达极显著,可见其对番茄、黄瓜和西瓜幼苗的生长都有促进作用。利用其作为土壤肥力的优势菌株,可有效提高作物的产量。
FM, isolated from mango rhizosphere soil, is a fugui strain with phosphate-solubilizing effects. The germination test on paper and pot experiment were both applied to study its growth stimulation. The results showed that during the experiment, 10 time of zymotic fluid could effectively promote the germination of cucumber seed, and it was more effective in 100 time of ferment solution of watermelon and tomato seeds. Based on the germination experiment, optimal concentration was used to make a study of the influence of phosphate liberation bacteria on growth yield. The results showed that, among the plants of tomato, cucumber and watermelon which were treated with bacillus concentration. Their plant height, root length and stem diameter, weight of ground and underground were all higher than that in control group. The differences were significant. Thus, it had enhancing effect on the growth of tomato cucumber watermelon seedling. Being used as soil fertility prevailing bacterial strain could effectively increase crop yields.
