目的:探索姜黄素明胶微球在体外释放度及测定的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定姜黄素含量,以透析法观察姜黄素明胶微球的体外释放情况,建立通过累计计算姜黄素明胶微球的体外药物释放量。结果:本方法测定姜黄素专属性强,药物在0.1-16μg/mL浓度范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系,明胶微球在30%乙醇氯化钠溶液介质中48h累积释放度可达80%。结论:该方法简单易行,适用于姜黄素明胶微球的体外释放度研究。
Objective: To study on the release rate of curcumin in the gelatin microspheres in vitro.Methods: HPLC was used to determine the content of curcumin,Dialys method was used to research the accumulative releasing degree of curcumin gelatin microspheres in vitro.Results: The calibration curve was linear over the range 0.1-16μg/mL and the specialization was good.The accumulative releasing degree of curcumin gelatin microspheres in vitro was 80% in medium(physiological saline containing 30% alcohol).Conclusion: The method was simple,rapid and accurate for the accumulative releasing degree of curcumin gelatin microspheres in vitro.
