以氧化淀粉为乳化剂乳化ASA。研究了转速、乳化时间、油水比、用量对ASA的乳化效果,以及ASA用量和乳液水解程度对ASA施胶效果的影响。结果表明:在适当的乳化条件下,氧化淀粉可将ASA乳化成稳定且粒径大小合适的乳液。浆内施胶过程中,在适宜的时间内,ASA用量越高施胶度越好,最大施胶度可超过600s。
Oxidized starch was used as emulsifying agent to emulsify ASA.Such factors influencing the preparation of ASA emulsion as shearing speed,emulsification time,mass ratio of ASA to water,and dosage of oxidized starch were studied.The sizing performance of the ASA emulsion as well as the effect of hydrolysis extent to the ASA emulsion on its sizing performance was also analyzed.The results show that a stable ASA emulsion with uniform droplet size can be prepared by using oxidized starch as emulsifier under proper conditions.In the process of sizing and adequate time,the sizing degree of the ASA sized paper is enhanced with increasing the dosage of ASA.The highest sizing degree is up to 600s.
