目的：比较附子不同炮制品（黑顺片、刨附片、蒸附片、炒附片、淡附片）的抗炎、镇痛及提高免疫功能的药理作用。方法：各药按5g生药/kg剂量灌胃给予受试小鼠,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法和鸡蛋清致大鼠足肿胀法,以小鼠耳肿胀度和大鼠足肿胀度、肿胀度抑制率为考察指标,观察各药的抗炎效果;选用冰醋酸扭体法和热板致痛法,以小鼠扭体次数及扭体潜伏期和给药前后不同时段小鼠痛阈值为考察指标,研究各药的镇痛效果;用环磷酰胺制备小鼠免疫低下模型,以小鼠外周血细胞数和胸腺、肝脏、脾脏系数为考察指标,观察各药提高免疫功能的作用。结果：与模型组相比,各药（5g生药/kg）对于二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀均有显著抑制作用;除蒸附片组外,各药物组（5g生药/kg）大鼠的足肿胀度与空白组相比均显著下降;炒附片、黑顺片、淡附片和蒸附片能显著延长冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应潜伏期;炒附片（5g生药/kg）能显著减少扭体次数;与免疫低下小鼠比较,黑顺片组（5g生药/kg）可提高脾脏系数,蒸附片、淡附片组（5g生药/kg）短时间内可显著提高外周血红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板数。结论：附子不同炮制品均具有镇痛、抗炎、提高免疫作用,且各药的作用效果存在不同程度的差异,提示临床选用时应有所区别。

英文摘要：

Objective： To compare the effects of different processed products of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata on anti-inflammation,analgesia and enhancing immune function.Methods： The anti-inflammatory effect of different processed products of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata was tested by the xylene-induced ear swelling method in mice and toes swelling of rats caused by egg white.The analgesic effects of different processed products of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata were tested by the acetic acid-induced writhing body and hot-plate method in mice.The immunosuppressive mice models were made by injecting cyclophosphamide subcutaneously.The effects of different processed products of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata on enhancing immune function were tested by detecting the number of peripheral blood cells,the thymus,liver and spleen index.Results： Compared with the control group,all six processed products of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata（ 5g/kg）obviously inhibited the xylene-induced ear swelling（ P 〈 0.01）; The toes swelling rate of all processed products of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata（ 5g/kg） except Chao fu pian had been decreased after rats taking drugs 6h compared with the control group（ P 〈 0.05）.Compared with the control group,Chao fu pian,Hei shun pian,Dan fu pian and Zheng fu pian（ 5g/kg） obviously prolonged the pain latency caused by glacial acetic acid（ P 〈 0.01）; Chao fu pian apparently reduced the number of torsion（ P 〈 0.01）; Compared with the immunosuppressive mice,Hei shun pian（ 5g/kg） obviously increased the spleen index（ P 〈 0.05）; Zheng fu pian,Dan fu pian（ 5g/kg） obviously increased the number of RBC、HGB and PLT（ P 〈 0.01 or 0.05） in a short term.Conclusion： There are differences among the effects of different processed products of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata on anti-inflammation,analgesia and enhancing immune function,which suggests that the clinical use of them should be different.
