There are many economic characteristics in government information resources,and government information opening have several special economic functions.These functions include three aspects： first,to promote the economic stability;second,to improve market efficiency;and third,to promote economic equality of the subjects.In order to provide a useful reference for the government to fulfill its economic function better,we analyzed in detail the role played by the government information opening for achieving these features in this article.
