综述开心散及其有效成分抗抑郁作用的研究进展。开心散抗抑郁作用的药理研究主要集中在影响单胺类神经递质、神经营养因子和神经细胞保护作用方面,而抑郁症的其他发病机制,如对神经递质受体作用的研究尚未涉及。开心散抗抑郁作用的物质基础研究主要涉及人参皂苷、远志皂苷、远志酮、茯苓多糖等,研究范围较为局限。作者认为,可利用网络药理、复杂网络技术研究开心散复方抗抑郁各有效成分的多靶点、多环节、相互调节的作用,以阐释开心散全方的物质作用基础及药理作用机制。

英文摘要：

In this study,the anti-depression effect of Kaixin Powder and its effective components were reviewed. The pharmacological research of anti-depression effect of Kaixin Powder in recent years was mainly focused on monoamine neurotransmitters, neurotrophic factors, and neural cytoprotective action. For the anti-depression mechanism in neurotransmitter receptors,the recent research did not involved. The anti-depression effective components of Kaixin Powder have proved being ginsenoside,tenuigenin,Polygala-ketone,and Poria polysaccharides. It is suggested that the multi-target,multi-pathway anti-depression regulation of Kaixin Powder effective components can be revealed by network pharmacology and complex network technology,which will be beneficial to the exploration of the material basis and pharmacological mechanism of Kaixin Powder.
