借助计算流体力学(CFD)Fluent软件研究陶瓷烧成过程中NOx的生成机理,以探讨陶瓷烧成中影响NOx生成的主要因素.研究结果表明,陶瓷烧成过程中NOx的生成主要受到升温速度、烧成温度和烟气流速的影响.因而,在工艺条件及产量允许的情况下,应该适当降低陶瓷烧成的升温速度或是通过改善窑体结构、增大窑内烟气流速、提高烟气均匀性、减少烟气在高温区的停留时间来减少NOx的生成.
In order to reveal the main factors that affect the NOx formation in the process of maturing, CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software Fluent was used to simulate the mechanism of NOx formation. The results show that the formation of NOx is mainly affected by the rising-rate of temperature, the maturing temperature and the flow vdlocity of kiln gas. As a result, in allowable processing conditions and output, the formation of NOx can be decreased by properly decreasing the rising-rate of temperature, improving the kiln structure, accelerating the flow of kiln gas, uniformizing the kiln gas and reducing the retention time of kiln gas in the high-temperature region.
