对于多缸双作用热声发电机,当各单元结构完全一致时,各单元的工作状态也是相同的。但仅有一个电机的单个参数发生改变时,各单元的工作状态均会受到影响,且呈现出明显的不一致性,各单元间还会出现复杂的耦合影响。本文从理论上分析了电机参数不一致时,可以通过调整本单元电机的外接电阻和电感的方法来抑制电机不一致性对其它单元的影响,将不一致性的影响降到最低。并对一台三缸双作用热声发电机进行了数值模拟,验证了该方法的有效性。
The working condition of each unit is identical if the structural parameters of the units, which consist of the multi-cylinder double-acting thermoacoustic generator system, are the same. The working condition of every unit will be influenced, even if one parameter of any unit is changed. More- over, the working conditions of the units will present inconsistency obviously, and complicated coupling effect will happen among the units. In this paper, the technical scheme of reducing the coupling effect, by adjusting the external resistance and inductance of the alternator in the unit whose parameter is changed, is analyzed theoretically. This method can minimize the impact. The simulation of a three- cylinder double-acting thermoacoustic generator system is carried out, verifying the method is effective.
