英文摘要：
Based on the research series of circular economy and the planning projects, we discuss the status quo, developmental trend, and the basic embarrassment of China＇ s Circular Economy Development. We hold that how to find the financing ways for circular economic projects is one of the basic problems which the government and enterprise face in the process of developing the circular economy. After analyzing the developmental opportunity of CDM in China, we discuss the feasibility and effect of taking CDM as a financing way. The result is that, by developing CDM, the circular economic projects could get capital and technological support from developed countries, and could accelerate the development of circular economy and achieve the sustainable development.
