"创业遗传代码"理念源自首创创业教育的美国百森商学院的创业教育哲学。文章基于"创业遗传代码"理念,分析浙江省创新创业教育的现状,以及在进行教育时遇到的教育功能障碍、教育目标障碍和教育内容障碍,进而探寻"创业遗传代码"理念对浙江省高校创新创业教育的启示,即包括形成非功利性目标、建设高素质师资队伍、完善相关政策、构建分层次的课程体系。
The concept of "Genetic Code of Entrepreneurship" derives from the philosophy of entrepreneurship education in Babson College,which is the icon of entrepreneurship education.Based on the concept of "Genetic Code of Entrepreneurship",this paper analyses the current situation of innovation-entrepreneurship education in Zhejiang Province,education function,education target and education content barriers which occurred in carrying out entrepreneurship education activities.It further explores the enlightenment of "Genetic Code of Entrepreneurship" on innovation-entrepreneurship education of universities in Zhejiang Province,including forming the non-utilitarian objective,establishing the high-quality teaching staff,improving the relevant policies,and building a hierarchical curriculum system.
