为了在线测量微生物燃料电池内溶解氧浓度,提高微生物燃料电池的产电效率,利用荧光猝灭原理,采用邻啡咯啉钌作为荧光标记物,并采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了氧敏感膜。将该敏感膜固定在塑料光纤表面,通过测量荧光指示剂发出的荧光强度实现了对溶解氧浓度的测量。实验结果表明,传感器的相对荧光强度与溶解氧浓度具有较好的线性关系,拟合系数达到0.980 7,且传感器具有良好的可逆性。
In order to measure the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the microbial fuel cell and improve the efficiency of electricity production of microbial fuel cell,based on the fluorescence quenching principles and by using phenanthroline ruthenium as fluorescent markers,oxygen sensitive films were fabricated with sol-gel method.The fluorescence intensity emitted by fluorescence indicator was measured to realize the measurement of dissolved oxygen concentration.Experimental results show that the relative fluorescence intensity of the sensor has agood linear relationship with the concentration of dissolved oxygen,the fitting coefficient can reach 0.980 7,and the sensor presents good reversibility.
