盈余利益分配机制是否合理、完善，对林业专业合作社能否实现成功运转至关重要。文章基于林业专业合作社各利益主体在盈余利益分配上是一个合作博弈的过程，针对传统Shapley值法只考虑贡献率的特点，考虑到林农、投资者、经营者与公司承担风险性大小的差异，利用层次分析法提出改进的Shapely值法，并通过具体算例对改进Shapely值法进行了应用。
英文摘要：
Whether surplus benefits distribution is reasonable and perfect, plays an important role in the success of specialized cooperative in forest zone. As for all stakeholders, surplus benefits distribution is a process of cooperative game. Based on the traditional Shapley value method only considering about the contribution rate, this paper puts forward the improved shapely value method using the analytic hierarchy process in view of the different risk that forestry farmers, investors, operators and corporation should tmdertake. An example is given to show the applica- tion of the improved Shapley value method.
