针对废旧发动机回收策略的不同,构建一个再制造商和一个服务站下的两种不同的再制造供应链模型:服务站进行回收的单一回收渠道模型和再制造商参与回收的双回收渠道模型。考虑废旧发动机回收价格对再制造发动机的销售量的影响系数,运用斯坦科尔伯格博弈,对两种不同回收渠道模型进行研究,并对回收价格、回收数量和利润等均衡解进行比较分析。分析结果表明:废旧发动机的回收价格和回收数量随着回收价格对再制造发动机需求的影响因数的增加而增加;双回收渠道的回收数量大于单一回收渠道的回收数量;固定废旧汽车发动机回收量取值不同,再制造商采取的回收策略也不同,并通过数值仿真验证结论并对灵敏度进行了分析。
Based on the different recovery strategy,two different models that contain a single remanufacturer and a single service station were established:a single channel recycling model and composite channel recycling model.The impact of collection price on the demand of remanufactured engine was considered,and the collection price,collection quality and profit were analyzed and compared through gambling theory analysis.The results show that the collect price and the collect quality are increasing with the increase of the effect of ollection price on the demand of remanufactured engine;The collect quality of the composite channel recycling is higher than the single channel recycling;Finally,the conclusions were validated by numerical simulation,the sensitivity was analyzed.
