In this article ,based on papers of previous studies ,built the evolution model of the third‐tie military enterprise＇s transformation and upgrading ,combined with realistic cases gets the main paths on transformation and upgrading of third‐tie military enterprise .And then ,from the perspective of both theoretical and empirical proof ,the major factor which im‐pact the transformation and upgrading of military enterprise were analyzed .
