发送罐是密相气力输送系统的核心设备之一,其供料特性及供料稳定性将直接影响整个密相气力输送系统的安全稳定运行,对于发送罐供料过程的研究将成为密相气力输送技术的一个新的研究热点。从发送罐供料特性、发送罐内粉体物料流动型态以及供料稳定性等方面评述了密相气力输送系统中发送罐供料过程近些年取得的研究进展,并在此基础上对后续研究方向给出了建议,可为密相气力输送系统中发送罐的设计、控制和运行提供一定的理论依据。
Blow tanks are one of the most important components of dense-phase penumatic conveying system. The feeding characteristics and stability of blow tanks have great influence on the safe and stable operation of the whole pneumatic conveying system. The research on feeding process of blow tanks will become a new research hotspot of dense-phase pneumatic conveying technology. This paper gives a review of previous published work of blow tank feeding process. The review focuses on the feeding characteristics, powder material flow patterns and feeding stability of blow tanks. Finally, future research contents of blow tanks are suggested, which will provide theoretical guidance for the design, control and operation of blow tanks.
