顾客在新产品开发(NPD)中具有越来越重要的作用,他们不仅仅是产品和服务的被动接受者,而且渐渐成为企业知识的主要来源。顾客在NPD中的作用可以用三个不同角色来描述:资源、使用者和共同创造者,并分析了在NPD过程中这三个角色所能发挥的作用。
Customers have become more and more important in new product development(NPD).They are not only accepters of products and services but the main source of enterprise knowledge.It is found that customers' effects in NPD can be represented by three roles: resource,user and co-creator.And the three roles' function in the process of NPD is analyzed in this paper.
