乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)是目前应用最为广泛的合成橡胶之一。对其功能化改性方法(如主要有接枝、共聚和环氧化等)与应用进行了综述,其中,接枝不同的单体赋予其不同的性能,接枝法具有操作简便、成本低、产品多样化等优点;共聚改性既能显著改善橡胶的生胶强度、耐磨性及加工性能等,也可赋予其抗氧化性、耐低温等性能;环氧化改性可提高橡胶耐非极性溶剂和抗湿滑性能,降低生热等。总之,乳聚丁苯橡胶的功能化改性是拓展其应用领域和扩大市场的主要发展方向,是研发与生产者值得关注的领域。
In present,emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber (ESBR)was one of the most widely used synthetic rubbers.In this paper,the main functional modification methods of ESBR,such as grafting,copolymerization and epoxidation,and their application have been reviewed.In grafting polymerization,their properties and function are decided by its grafting monomers.Advantages of grafting modification are simple operation,low cost and product diversification.Copolymerization modification can not only improve raw rubber strength,wear resistance and processing performance of ESBR,but also give new performances of ESBR.Epoxidation modifi-cation can greatly improve ESBR’s resistance to apolar solvent and wet skidding,and also reduce heat genera-tion.In summary,with the improvements of ESBR technology,the functional modification should be paid more attention in future.
