污染密集型产业转移与驱动机理研究已成为区域可持续发展的研究热点之一。利用中国30个省域2004--2014年的统计数据,运用ArcGIS空间分析工具与面板数据分析模型,在国家尺度上探讨了污染密集型产业的时空演变格局特征与转移规律,定量地揭示了污染密集型产业转移的内在驱动机理。结果表明:①东部地区仍然是中国污染密集型产业的核心聚集区,污染密集型产业区位未发生根本性变化;②2004--2014年,中国东、中、西三大地区污染密集型产业空间转移特征显著,空间呈现东部一中部一西部趋势,由经济发达地区转移到经济不发达地区,由集中到分散转移态势;③污染密集型产业转移主要受到经济发展水平、外向度、创新能力拉动,产业结构和要素成本均具有明显的推动作用。
The spatial relocation of pollution- intensive industries and its associated mechanism were becoming increasingly hot in regional sus- tainable development. Based on the statistical panel data of China from 2004 to 2014, using spatial analysis tool of ArcGIS and statistical modeling, this paper explored the characteristics and regularities of spatial - temporal pattern of pollution - intensive industry on a national scale, and came to a quantitative conclusion on the driving mechanism of pollution- intensive industry's relocation. The results showed:①The east area remained the core zones of pollution - intensive industry in China, the location of pollution - intensive industry did not changed fundamentally. ② In the year of 2004 to 2014, the phenomenon of pollution - intensive industry's relocation was found in the east, middle, west of China. The direction of its relocation coincid- ed with the east to middle and the middle to west. Moreover, the general trend was from the developed area to the undeveloped area, which was an ac- celerated diffusion trend. ③There were many factors contributing to the relocation of pollution - intensive industry in China, among which economic development level, export - oriented degree and innovation capability helped pollution - intensive industry to relocate, while the industrial structure and labor costs prevented pollution- intensive industry from relocating to destination.
