目的:探讨E-钙粘蛋白(E-Cad)与胚胎停育的关系。方法:选取胚胎停止发育妇女为实验组,同期正常早孕自愿要求流产的妇女为对照组,分别留取其绒毛和蜕膜组织标本,采用荧光实时定量PCR(Realtime—PCR)对标本E—Cad mRNA转录水平进行分析。结果:在绒毛标本中,E—Cad在实验组中mRNA表达水平(0.875±0.07)显著高于对照组(0.337±0.11);在蜕膜标本中,实验组E—Cad mRNA的表达水平(O.927±0.12)显著高于对照组(0.512±0.08)。结论:E—Cad的差异表达可能参与了胚胎停育的发生及发展,蜕膜和绒毛组织中E—Cad的高表达可能是导致早期胚胎停育的原因之一。
Objective: The relationship between E-Cad and embryos damage. Methods:Select embryos damage women as the experimental group, the same period in normal early pregnancy voluntarily request the abortion of women as a control group,respectively,leaving whichever villi and decidual tissue, using a real-time quantitative PCR (RT-PCR) of specimens E-Cad mRNA transcription level analysis. Results l Villus samples, E-Cad expression levels in the experimental group(0. 875±0.07)was significantly higher than that in the control group (0. 337±0. 11). in the decidual specimens, E-Cad mRNA expression levels of the experimental group(0. 927±0.12)was signifi- candy higher than that in the control group(0. 512 ±0.08). Conclusion: The differences in the expression of E-Cad may be involved in the occurrence and development of the embryos damage. Decidua and chorionic villi high expres- sion of E-Cad probably one of the reasons why early embryos damage.
