应用在大量电力设备中的SF6气体泄漏不可避免。针对现有电化学和负电晕放电等气体泄漏检测技术存在的测量精度低、实时性差等问题,设计了一种新型光子晶体光纤SF6气体传感器,并采用谐波检测方法和计算机无线传输网络构建了远程实时监控系统。实验表明:气体检测相对误差在2%以内,SF6体积分数大于10-3时能实时报警,同时开启风机,系统具有极好的应用前景。
Leakage of SF6 gas in a lot of electrical equipments is inevitable.Aiming at problems of negative corona discharge and electrochemical gas leakage detection technologies such as bad real-time and low precision of measurement,a new type of photonic crystal fiber SF6 gas sensor is designed and use harmonic detection method and computer wireless transmission network to construct remote real-time monitoring system.Experiments show that relative error of gas detecting is within 2 %,when volume fraction of SF6 is greater than 10-3,real-time alarm can realize and turn on fans,and system has a very good application prospect.
