采用感应熔炼的方法研究了LaFe13-x-ySixCoy合金近平衡条件下的凝固行为。应用XRD和SEM扫描电镜分析了合金组织结构和相组成。结果表明:La(Fe,Co,Si)12相是包晶反应生成的,过冷度和添加Si、Co的含量对合金的凝固行为有很大影响;当过冷度△T≥40K,x=1.5时合金凝固组织中出现La(Fe,Co,Si)13相。应用经典形核理论对此进行了解释。
Solidification behavior of LaFe13-x-ySixCoy Valloys was investigated by induction melting. Phase formation and structure in induction melted LaFe13-x-ySixCoy alloys have been investigated by means of power X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results have shown that the phase is a peritectic phase. The solidification behavior of LaFe13-x-ySixCoy alloys is greatly affected by overcooling and amount of Si and Co additive. La(Fe,Co and Si )13 phase occurs with x=1. 5 and overcooling temperature T≥40 K,as is interpreted by the classical nucleation theory.
