提出一种改进的基于"扩散距离"的负效应测度方法,建立以成本和负效应为目标的双目标混合整数规划选址模型,根据问题特征,设计一个模拟退火算法(SA)与贪心算法相结合的混合算法(HSA)求解.算例结果显示,基于"扩散距离"的负效应测度方法能很好地反映实际情况;HSA算法在求解同类问题上是有效的,且具有较好的收敛性.
Based on the counting and analysis of "asymmetric distances",an improved special method of measuring undesirable effects is raised.Through applying the method in the trash treatment station location problem in cities,a multi-objective mixed integer programming model is introduced.A hybrid simulated annealing algorithm(HSA) is devised to solve the problem.The results show that the method of counting undesirable effects based on "asymmetric distances" is feasible and effective in similar problems;HSA is competitive in algorithm convergence and computing speed in solving the analogous problems.
