利用非损伤测定技术对拟南芥强向水性突变体rhe2(根毛乙烯突变体)的根系进行离子组学的初步探究。发现在水分胁迫下,与野生型拟南芥WT相比,该突变体能够保持相对稳定的根部质子(H^+)流向与流速;在植物向水性反应的过程中,过氧化氢(H2O2)和生长素(IAA)可能在根生长的维持及其相关信号转导过程中扮演重要的角色。
The increased hydrotropic responses in the root of rhe2 were studied by using NMT. Results showed that the roots of the2 could keep the relatively stable flow direction and rate of H^+ (proton). During the physiological process of root hydrotropism, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and auxin (IAA) maybe play important roles in maintaining root growth and its signal transduction.
