郑州华宇集团和北京科技大学联合研制生产的非金属冷却壁是高炉冷却壁的发展方向,但其浇注耐火基体在工艺和性能等方面还有待全面优化。本文通过试验,从养护制度和分散剂的选用两个方面提出了切实可行的优化方案,提高了非金属冷却壁浇注耐火基体的综合性能。
The non-metallic cooling wall which is developed and produced by Huayu Fireproofing Company in Zhengzhou and University of Science and Technology Beijing is the developing direction of BF cooling wall. This paper has put forward feasible optimization schemes on curing schedule and disperser via assays, which will improve the comprehensive performance of the poured refractory matrices of non-metallic cooling wall.
