根据纤维增强树脂基复合材料的特点,提出了按照限定应变准则确定复合材料安全系数的方法;讨论了极限应变、应力及弹性模量均服从正态分布时复合材料的安全系数f与可靠度Re之间的关系,对一些常用复合材料的安全系数与可靠度之间的关系进行统计分析。分析结果表明:CFRP和GFRP材料的可靠度和安全系数之间的关系基本相同。如要使可靠度达到0.9999,B值安全系数应为1.4-1.6。
Fiber-reinforced polymer is anisotropic and brittle, thus it can be used in the engineering structures on the strain criteria. A new method for estimating the reliability-based safety factor is presented. The relationships between the safety factor and the reliability of some fiber-reinforced polymers are statistically analyzed when the distributions of stress and modulus, and failure strain follow the normal distribution. The statistical analysis results show that the relationship between the reliability and the safety factor is nearly the same if the reliability reaches 0. 999 9, the safety factor is 1.4 to 1.6.
