一种自行研制的形状记忆合金双程记忆效应的热机械训练装置由机械平台、滚动测量模块、电流控制器、温度传感器和数据采集系统构成。该装置通过安装在滚动测量模块上的光电编码器测量记忆合金型材在训练过程中的形状变化,采用温度传感器测量其温度变化,以基于功率放大器的电流控制器控制其加热电流,并通过数据采集控制系统对训练数据进行采集、显示、存储。结果表明,该装置能有效训练形状记忆合金的双程记忆效应,适用于多种热机械训练方法和多种形状记忆合金型材,更具普适性和灵活性。
A self-designed device for training shape memory alloy(SMA) to exhibit two-way shape memory effect(TWSME) consists of the mechanical platform, the rolling measurement module, the current controller, the temperature sensor and the data acquisition system. The shape change and temperature of SMA are measured by the photoelectric encoder installed in the rolling measurement module and the temperature sensor respectively, while its heating current is controlled by the current controller based on a power amplifier. The related data during the training process are collected, displayed and stored by the data acquisition system. The experiment results indicate that the de- vice is feasible to train SMA for TWSME and allows for different thermomechanical training methods and different types of SMA. Therefore, it is advantageous in its universality and flexibility.
