英文摘要：
By analyzing fifteen typical government investment projects adopting agent construction system,this paper enumerates the implementation obstacles,and identifies eight key risks at the agent construction projects.At the end,the countermeasures against these risks are proposed,which would speed the promotion of the agent construction system by improving the consciousness to prevent and avoid project risks.
