模具补偿是消除汽车外覆盖件回弹的一种有效方法,采用CAE迭代计算可获得模具的补偿型面,但由于回弹仿真计算存在较大的误差,因此实际成形件与设计模型有着一定的差异。针对回弹仿真不准确的问题提出了仿真误差补偿模型,并介绍了其建立过程,在仿真误差补偿模型的基础上通过CAE迭代计算获得模具的补偿型面,由于补偿过程考虑了回弹仿真误差,因此可以大幅度地提高成形精度。试验结果表明,由新方法所得到的实际成形件与其设计模型的差异非常小。
Mould compensation is an effective way to eliminate springback for auto body panels, the compensation surface of mould can be acquired by CAE iterative calculation, however the actual parts is different from design model due to springback simulation errors. The paper put forth the concept of simulation error compensation model and how to establish it, acquired the compensation surface of mould by CAE iterative calculation based on the simulation error compensation. The method can enhance stamping part's precision greatly due to considering springback simulation errors, and the experimental results show that there is little difference between actual stamping parts and its design model.
