化学农药的随意使用已经引起严重的生态环境污染和药物残留等危害人类健康问题,寡糖作为激发子能够诱导植物细胞产生自我防御响应,以抵御外来微生物的侵染。海藻酸经海藻酸降解酶分解形成不同聚合度的寡糖,大豆子叶法检测发现聚合度为6.8的海藻酸寡糖具有较高的激发子活性,以此海藻酸寡糖处理水稻芽,能够激发水稻细胞产生植保素,其形成量与所用水稻种子的萌发时间有关,用萌发5 d后的水稻芽检测海藻酸寡糖生物活性时灵敏度最高,而且,水稻种子的不同处理方法影响植保素的产生。

The rice gemma germinated for 5 days show the highest bioassay sensitivity, which is related with the treating method of rice.
