介观电子谐振腔的电阻,随门电压周期振荡的性质,受到了广泛的关注.利用Feynman路径积分的方法,对介观电子谐振腔进行了量子化.应用待定系数法求出了系统的传播子,计算了系统的波函数,讨论了系统的量子涨落和不确定关系.结果表明,无耗散的介观电子谐振腔系统的电荷和电流的量子涨落,与介观LC电路的量子涨落相同.
The open electron resonator is a mescoscopic device that has attracted considerable attention due to its conductance periodcal fluction with gate voltage.Based on an equivalent Hamilton of the device,the open electron resonator is quantizated using Feynman's path integral method.The propagator of the system is obtained by method of undetermined coefficients.The wave function is calculated,the quantum fluctuation of charge and currents,uncertainty relation are discussed.The results show that the quantum fluctuation of open electron resonator is same as a pure LC circuit's.
