在矿井扩散塔数值仿真中,存在未考虑流动各向异性、未验证网格独立性、未分析单双精度求解的舍入误差和未给出网格独立步长的问题,造成扩散塔数值模拟精度下降.对同一扩散塔物理模型,在相同体网格步长下,对比4种湍流模型对流动各向异性的捕捉效果,选出了可信度及求解效率高的湍流模型.选用5种网格步长,3种湍流模型及单双精度求解器进行计算,得出了独立网格步长及单双精度对数值解的影响.进而,采用Realizable模型和双精度求解器,数值计算了7种空腔体积不同的扩散塔,结果表明,独立网格步长与扩散塔空腔体积相关,并得出它们之间的无量纲关系式.
In the numerical simulation of mine fan diffuser,anisotropy of the flow is not considered,grid independence is unverified,rounding errors is not analyzed by single and double-precision solver,and independent gird step is not given,leading to low-accuracy of numerical simulation.For the same diffuser model of same grid step,four kinds of turbulence models are compared to each other for the capture effect on the flow anisotropy,the high-credibility and high-efficiency turbulence model is selected.We choose five kinds of grid steps,three kinds of turbulence models and two kinds of precision solvers,and calculate the independent grid step and the impact on the numerical solution by single and double precision.Thereby,we use realizable model and double-precision solver to calculate seven different volume diffusers.Results show that the independent grid step is associated with diffuser volume and their dimensionless relationship is drawn.
