研究设计了一种温控大动态范围光纤实时延迟线,仿真分析了温度分布及时延变化率。制作出一个动态范围为7.3ns、光纤温度变化范围为40℃的温控光纤实时延迟线,实验上进一步研究了半导体制冷片、散热装置及箱体对光纤延迟线延时动态范围的影响,测试了制作的温控光纤延迟线的动态范围、时延变化率等,结果与仿真设计吻合。
An optical fiber true-time-delay line with temperature controlled large dynamic range is designed. The temperature distribution and the incremental rate with the temperature change are simulation analyzed. This true time-delay line has a dynamic range as large as 7.3 ns and has a temperature change range of 40 ℃. The influence of semiconductor coolers, heat sinks, and containers on the dynamic range is studied experimentally, and the dynamic range and incremental rate of the designed delay line are measured, the results are well in accordance with those of the simulation results.
