本文利用我国39个行业的最新数据研究了FDI的技术溢出效应，得出了与以往矸究不同的结论：第一，国内投资是影响经济增长的主要因素。中国市场化改革的结果，使得国内投资成为影响我国经济增长的第一位的最重要的因素。第二，FDI的技术溢出效应为负。说明在很多行业中，FDI并没有带来正的技术溢出，外资主要是利用了中国的市场规模，廉价的劳动力资源，或者通过竞争效应挤垮了内资企业。第三、劳动力对我国经济增长的影响并不显著。

This article utilizes the up - to - date data to study the technology spill - over effect of FDI. The conclusions are different as follows ： Firstly, domestic investment is the main engine of China Ecoltomie Growth. Secondly, technology spillover effect of FDI is negative. Which means that FDI just takes advantage of Chinese large market scale and cheap labor. And sometime foreign companies extract domestic enterprises out. Lastly, labor force has insignificant influence on economic growth.
