通过光镜和扫描电镜对天柱山夏末开花的23科、39属、37种3变种的植物花粉形态进行了观察研究。从形状看,一些科内花粉形状具有一致性,如菊科[Asteraceae Dumortier(Compositae Giseke,nom.altern.)]6个种都是球形或近球形(P/E=0.95-1.03);豆科(Leguminosae Lindl.)7个种多数都属长球形(P/E=1.05-1.30),只有鸡眼草[Kummerowia striata(Thunb.)Cshindl.]为近球形(P/E=1.05);伞形科[Apiaceae Lindl.(UmbelliferaeA.L.de Juss)]的2个种都是长球形。也有一些科内花粉形状具有明显差异,如蔷薇科(Rosaceae A.L.de Juss.)的2个种中,龙牙草(Agrimonia pilosaL.)P/E为1.56,属长球形;柔毛水杨梅(Geum japonicumThunb.var.chinenseBolle)的平均P/E为1.07,属近球形。科内花粉萌发孔的结构基本相似,如旋参科(Scrophulariaceae A.L.de Juss.)的3个种都为3沟;豆科的7个种都为3孔沟;菊科的6个种中5个种为3孔沟,只有革命草(GynuracrepidioidesBenth.)具有3孔沟和4孔沟两种结构。科内花粉外壁纹饰具有一致性,如豆科中的7个种、伞形科中的2个种、玄参科中的3个种都为细网状,菊科的6个种为刺状,鸭跖草科(Commelinaceae R.Brown)的2个种为颗粒状。
Pollen morphology of 37 species and 3 varieties representing 39 genera,23 families from the Tianzhu mountain,Anhui in late summer are described and illustrated under light microscope(LM) and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM).In some families,the shape of pollen are consistency.For example,the six species of Asteraceae Dumortier(Compositae Giseke,nom.altern.) are all spheroidal or subspheroidal(P/E=0.95-1.03);in seven species of Leguminosae Lindl.,six are prolate(P/E=1.05-1.30) and only one-Kummerowia striata(Thunb.) Cshindl.is subspheroidal(P/E=1.05).Two species of Apiaceae Lindl.(Umbelliferae A.L.de Juss) are prolate.In other families,the differences of the pollen's shape are obvious.In Rosaceae A.L.de Juss.,Agrimonia pilosa L.is prolate(P/E=1.56),while Geum japonicum Thunb.var.chinense Bolle belongs to subspheroidal(P/E=1.07).The type of aperture in the same family is almost same.The three species in Scrophulariaceae A.L.de Juss.are 3-colpate;the seven in Leguminosae are 3-corlporate;and the six in Asteraceae,five are 3-corporate,only one-Gynura crepidioides Benth.is 3-corlporate or 4-corlporal.The structure of exine sculpture in the same family is also similar.Seven species in Leguminous,two in Apiaceae,and three in Scrophulariaceae are all finely reticulate;six in Apiacea are spinulose;and two in Commelinaceae R.Brown are granular.
