用聚丙烯酰胺作絮凝剂,研究了所含黏土类型、絮凝剂投加量等因素对煤泥水絮凝效果和絮凝体分形维数的影响.结果表明,含高岭石的煤泥水絮凝剂最佳投加量为10.0mg/L,所对应絮凝体的分形维数最大,为2.70.投加量不足时分形维数降至1.55,投加量过量时分形维数降至1.95;含蒙脱石的煤泥水絮凝剂最佳投加量为15.0mg/L,所对应絮凝体分形维数最大,为1.68.投加量不足时分形维数降至1.01,投加量过量时分形维数降至1.51.
Flocculation experiments using PAM were carried out to study the influence of coal slurry clay type and flocculant dosage on fractal dimension of aggregated flocs and slurry fiocculation efficiency. The results showed that optimal flocculation efficiency can be obtained with the highest fractal dimension of 2.70, and the optimal flocculant dosage is 10.0 mg/L with kaolinite in coal slurry. The fractal dimension decreases to 1.55 and 1.95 with underdosage and overdosage of flocculant, respectively. For coal slurry containing montmorillonite, the biggest fractal dimension is 1.68, with the optimal flocculant dosage of 15.0 rag/L; fractal dimension decreases to 1.01 and 1.51 when underdosage and overdosage of fiocculant is applied, respectively.
