为捕获最大风能和改善风力机工作性能,基于对风剪切和塔影效应等因素对风力机的影响分析上,对大型风力机独立变桨控制即其对风力机桨叶载荷的影响进行了研究,并对1台2 MW三桨叶上风向水平轴风力机进行了独立变桨控制仿真实验。仿真结果表明,相比统一变桨控制,独立变桨控制不但满足风力机输出功率维持额定值不变,而且使风力机桨叶的挥舞载荷平衡,摆振载荷脉动幅值减小,大大改善了风力机的功率输出、疲劳、振动、动力稳定性等性能。
To capture maximum energy and improve wind turbine performance,the individual pitch control and its influence on the blade load are studied by analyzing wind shear and tower shadow for wind turbine.The simulation experiment is carried out on a 2 MW three-bladed upwind horizontal axis wind turbine.The results show that,compared with collective pitch control,individual pitch control not only match a rotational power,but also regulate and smooth the flapping load,reduce the fluctuating magnitude of the lead-lag load,and greatly improve the power output,the fatigue,the vibration and the dynamical stability for wind turbine.
