Geospatial framework construction of digital Liupanshui was taken as the case in the study.The paper discusses in detail the geospatial framework construction process, main content and basic geograph?ic database construction process, analyzes the problems in the process of constructing the basic geograph?ic database construction process. A method used by AutoLISP program language was put forward of the CAD graphic data batch conversion based geographic data processing, in order to improve the data pro?cessing efficiency and ensure the quality of database.
