采用基质固相分散-高效液相色法测定电子烟烟油中的苯并[α]芘(B[α]P),电子烟烟油样品用硅胶分散,然后用带柱层析净化功能的索氏提取器净化,经提取净化后的样品用超高效液相色谱-荧光检测测定,该方法中B[α]P的检出限为3.5 ng/mL,定量限为10.0 ng/mL,样品B[α]P加标回收率在91.2%-95.7%之间。采用该方法的样品前处理可避免常规样品前处理过程中的多次转移、浓缩,简化了操作步骤,缩短了前处理时间,有效减少分析误差,且有机溶剂用量大大减少,减少了对环境的污染。该方法用于电子烟烟油样品的测定,结果令人满意。
A matrix solid-phase dispersion and RP-HPLC method for the determination of benzo [α] pyrene( B[α]P) in electronic cigarette liquids was studied,the electronic cigarette liquids samples were dispersed with silica gel,then the samples were purified by silica gel column chromatography combined with cable extraction,the purified samples were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography equipped with fluorescence detector,the detection limit and quantitative limit for B[α]P reaches3.5 ng / mL and 10.2 ng / mL,respectively,the developed method provide spiked recoveries of 91.2% - 95.7% for B[α]P. In addition,compared to the tradition sample preparation method,the operation steps was greatly simplified,the environmental pollution was also reduced with lessen organic solvents used in this method,this method was applied to the determination of B[α]P in electronic cigarette liquids with good results.
