将废旧塑料薄膜与水泥经螺杆挤出机共混挤出制备圆柱状塑料骨料,以塑料骨料等体积取代水泥砂浆中的砂子,测试了塑料骨料对砂浆流动性、干密度、抗弯强度、抗压强度的影响,发现随塑料骨料掺量的增加,砂浆流动性提高、密度减小、抗弯强度和抗压强度降低,并且试样的密实度与强度之间存在良好的线性关系.与空白塑料骨料相比,共混了水泥的塑料骨料可以减小砂浆抗弯强度、抗压强度降低的幅度.
Waste plastic film and cement were blended and made into cylindrical plastic aggregate with screw extruder, and the sand aggregate in mortar was replaced with plastic aggregate by equal volume. The effects of plastic aggregate on the properties of fluidity, dry density,compressive strength, ftexural strength of mortar were investiga ted. The results show that the fluidity of mortar specimens increases with plastic aggregates increasing, at tile same time, their density, compressive strength and flexural strength reduce, and that there is a good linear relationship be tween the compactness and the strength. Compared with the blank plastic aggregate, the plastic aggregate blending with cement can help reduce the decline extent of flexural strength and compressive strength of mortar.
