The industrial structure and economic growth were intrinsically linked ,and the adjustment of industrial structure evolution was the pivotal power of the healthy ,rapid and sustainable economic growth.This paper used Eviews software to build up the contributory model between the industrial structure and the economic growth in Zhejiang Province to reveal the evolution of the industrial structure and economic growth mutual relations of Zhejiang Province.
