本文主要研究截断δ冲击模型的参数估计问题.利用极大似然估计的方法,我们得到了截断δ冲击模型的参数估计量,并分析了估计量的无偏性,最后将其应用到关系营销系统中,从而获得泊松营销系统到达率的估计值.
英文摘要：
In this paper we main research the parameters estimation of the censored 8shock model.We get the parameters estimation of the censored δ shock model with the maximum likelihood estimation and analyze the unbiased estimator.Finally we apply it to the relational marketing system and obtain the estimates of the arrival rate of the Poisson＇s marketing system.
