为了研究上游企业的资金约束对供应链运作的影响,并寻找提升供应链运作效率的方法,建立供应商存在资金约束的一对一供应链动态博弈模型,分析零售商预付款对资金约束下的供应链效率的改进效果,设计基于零售商预付款的收益共享协调机制,得到了机制参数须满足的条件。结果表明,供应商的资金约束降低了供应链的运作效率;零售商可以通过预付款激励供应商提高生产量,但是无法达到供应链整体利益最大化的效果;基于零售商预付款的收益共享协调机制,能够实现供应链整体利益最大化,且能够在渠道中任意分配利润。通过数值算例分析,得出能够实现供应链成员企业利益帕累托改进的机制参数条件的具体表达式。

英文摘要：

In order to investigate the impact to supply chain operation caused by upstream enterprise＇s financial constraint,and to seek the ways to improve the efficiency of supply chain operation,this study establishes a one-to-one supply chain dynamic game model whose upstream supplier is financially constrained.Effectiveness to the improvement of the efficiency of this financially constrained supply chain by retailer＇s advance payment is analyzed.Revenue-sharing coordination mechanism based on retailer＇s advance payment is designed,and the conditions of mechanism＇s parameters are given.The results show that financial constraint of the supplier reduces efficiency of supply chain operation;the retailer can incent the supplier to produce more by advance payment,though full coordination cannot be achieved;and supply chain coordination and arbitrary allocation of supply chain profit can be realized through revenue-sharing coordination mechanism based on retailer＇s advance payment.Specific expressions of parameters of the mechanism which achieves Pareto improvement to both supply chain members are analyzed through a numeric example eventually.
