本文分别采用BCC模型和SBM模型测算了2007-2012年皖江城市带承接长三角产业转移效率,研究表明:(1)非期望产出影响产业转移效率,大多数城市存在效率改进空间,经济发达城市效率更低;(2)发达城市的SBM模型产业转移效率值大多低于BCC模型效率值;(3)经济落后城市的SBM模型产业转移效率值大多高于BCC模型产业转移效率值,但技术差距缩小后情况逆转。
Based on the data that refers to the cities of the Wan-jiang Urban Belt from 2007 to 2012, this paper uses respectively BCC model and SBM model to calculate the transfer efficiency from the Yangtze River Delta to the Wan-jiang Urban Belt. The conclusions indicate that : ( 1 ) The undesirable output influences the industry transfer efficiency and the less developed cities have more efficient than the developed cities. (2)The industry transfer value of the developed cities based on SBM model is smaller than the BCC model industrial transfer efficiency value. (3) The industry transfer efficiency value of the less developed cities based on SBM model exceeds their BCC model industrial transfer efficiency value. Nevertheless, the situation is reversed with narrowed technical gap between local enterprises and outside enterprises.
