以上海理工大学环境工程专业大学生参与某企业畜禽养殖废水工程方案为例,提出以企业需求为导向的大学生社会实践,借助SWOT分析方法探讨了该模式的组织实施过程和成效。随着国家对人才创新创业能力的要求,以企业需求为导向的社会实践存在较大的优势和发展机会。在当前的实践教学体系引入基于企业需求的实践模式,最关键的内容是找准企业需求与大学生能力和兴趣的结合点,既满足企业需求,又符合学生能力与兴趣,从而提高大学生社会责任,培养生态环境意识,达到适应环境保护新常态和拓宽就业渠道的目的。
英文摘要：
In this paper,a concept of‘enterprise- requirement- oriented social practice for university students from environmental specialty background’has been raised. The paper was based on a case study of Environmental Engineering students,from University of Shanghai for Science and Technology,taking part in a company project for livestock wastewater treatment. The organizing process was described and the effect of the practice was presented and discussed based on SWOT analysis. The advantage and opportunity of this type of practice is obvious,as a result of social requirement for innovation ability. From this case,we found that it is crucial to find the intersection of students’ interests,ability and enterprise- requirement. Such social practice may efficiently help the students to increase their sense of responsibility and to be aware of the trend of environmental protection activities,bring them more opportunity of employment in the area.
