钉螺是流行中国的日本血吸虫生活史中唯一的中间宿主,灭螺能有效减少血吸虫病的传播。目前,关于灭螺技术的研究取得积极进展,高效、安全、环保的生物生态防治方法是今后的主要方向。笔者综述了钉螺生物生态防治技术的研究与应用进展,指出了存在的问题和不足。同时,进一步对生物生态灭螺技术进行了展望和提出了建议。

英文摘要：

Snail is unique intermediate host of life cycle of schistosoma japonnicum in China,snail control can effectively reduce the spread of schistosomiasis.At present,the method of suppression and eradication of snails have made positive progress.Researchers pay attention to study the efficient,safe,environmental protection of biological and ecologicaltechniques of snail control,which has also become the main direction in the future.The authors reviewed research advances on biological and ecological techniques of snail control and point out the existing research problems and deficiencies.At the same time,we further proposed the prospect of biological and ecological techniques of snail control and suggestions.
