叔丁醇作为一种优良的助溶剂,被广泛应用于生物柴油的生产过程中。本文利用数字全息干涉法测量了乙醇、正丙醇与叔丁醇的互扩散系数,实验测量的质量分数范围为0.1到0.9(间隔0.1),温度范围为303.15K到323.15K。实验结果显示:对于本文所研究的体系,混合物的互扩散系数随着温度的升高而增大;在相同的温度条件下,混合物的互扩散系数与溶液的浓度近似呈正比例关系;在相同的温度和浓度条件下,乙醇与叔丁醇的互扩散系数大于正丙醇和叔丁醇的互扩散系数。本文还提出了一个可以精确回归实验数据的关联式。
Now tert-butyl alcohol is widely used in the biodiesel production as an excellent cosolvent.The real-time hologram interferometry was used to measure the mutual diffusion coefficients of ethanol + tert-butyl alcohol and n-propanol + tert-butyl alcohol in mass fraction range from 0.1 to0.9 and temperature range from 303.15K to 323.15K.The experimental results show that the mutual diffusion coefficients increase with the increasing temperature for all the investigated system;the mutual diffusion coefficients is proportional to the solution concentration at constant temperature;the mutual diffusion coefficients of ethanol + tert-butyl alcohol is more higher than those of n-propanol +tert-butyl alcohol at the same temperature and concentration of the solution.Moreover,a correlation is presented for the experimental data.
