针对热量表精度低的问题,设计了一种高精度超声波热量表。基于V型反射时差法测流量原理,选用高精度时间测量芯片TDC-GP22、低功耗MSP43-F149单片机、Pt1000温度传感器和超声波换能器,实现流量和温度的高精度测量。利用TDC-GP22第一波检测技术对测量精度进行优化,根据温度变化调整参数取值,进一步降低误差,提高系统测量精度。实验结果表明,该热量表测量精度高,稳定性好,达到了2级表的行业标准。
Aiming at low accuracy of heat meter,a high-precision ultrasonic heat meter is designed.Based on the type-V-reflectiontime-difference measurement principle,the high-precision time measurement chip TDC-GP22,the low-power microcontroller MSP43-F149,the temperature sensor Pt1000 and the ultrasonic transducer are chosen to achieve high-precision measurement of flow and temperature.The first wave detection technology of TDC-GP22 is utilized to optimize measurement precision.The error is reduced and the measurement accuracy of the system is improved by adjusting parameters according to the change of temperature.Experimental results show that the heat meter system achieves high precision,good stability and meets the second-level industry-standard.
