MXene是一种新型的二维过渡金属碳化物或碳氮化物,化学式为Mn+1Xn,M代表过渡金属,X代表碳或者氮,n=1、2、3。目前制备的MXene表面均附有官能团,因此也常用Mn+1XnTx来表示其化学式。研究发现,MXene具有良好的导电性、透光性、磁性、低温热电性和能量存储等诸多新颖的性能。本文通过总结MXene结构和性能等方面最新的实验和理论研究成果,分析了该体系目前存在的问题,预测了其可能的应用领域和未来的发展方向。
MXene,a series of two-dimensional( 2D) carbides or carbonitrides,have a formular Mn + 1Xn,where M is transition metal,X is carbon or nitrogen and n = 1,2,3. As MXene is usually covered by functional groups,the formular of Mn + 1XnTxis also used. These materials have a unique set of properties such as good conductivity,transparency,magnetism,low temperature thermoelectricity,high energy storage etc. In this paper,the latest experimental and theoretical achievements on MXene’ structures and properties was summarized,and the existing problems was analyzed while the possible applications and research directions of MXene in the future was predicted.
